Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one ovogg account. Multiple accounts person, per household, or per IP address are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds derived from them will be voided without compensation.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements range from 5x to 35x of the bonus amount depending on the promotion. The specific terms for each bonus are displayed on the promotion page and must be reviewed before claiming.
Any form of cheating, collusion, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting systems, or deliberate manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited. ovogg reserves the right to immediately suspend any account under reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Withdrawals must be made to an account or payment method registered in the same name as the ovogg account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Full KYC completion is required before the first withdrawal is processed.

Age Restriction: ovogg strictly enforces the 21+ requirement. Players found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed. All deposits and winings associated with underage accounts are non-refundable in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
To create an ovogg account, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, valid email address, and a secure password. ovogg accepts the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:
The minimum deposit across all methods is MYR 50, unless a specific promotion requires a higher minimum. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier. Players may set voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gambling settings in their account dashboard.
All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the ovogg Platform are subject to this section and the specific terms displayed on each individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before the associated funds or winings may be withdrawn. Current wagering multipliers across ovogg promotions range from 5x to 35x of the bonus amount. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is displayed prominently on the promotion details page.
Not all game categories contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements:
While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum stake per individual bet or spin is MYR 300, unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Breaching the maximum bet restriction while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are subject to expiry windows as specified per promotion. Common expiry periods are7, 14, and 30 days from the date of activation. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account along with any derived winnings.
ovogg operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities constituting abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, coordinated wagering to reduce variance in fulfilment of wagering requirements, use of VPNs to circumvent eligibility restrictions, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus funds voided.
All games on the ovogg Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer feeds supplied by licensed third-party studios. Results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by ovogg or any Player.
The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on the ovogg Platform, including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and international badminton events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ovogg Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:
ovogg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that any provision of these Terms has been breached. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, those listed in Section 10, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, provision of false or misleading registration information, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
In cases where the account closure is initiated by ovogg due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the account closure results from voluntary self-exclusion or a Player-initiated request, all verified Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their original deposit method within ten (10) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
All content on the ovogg Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and the ovogg brand name itself — is the exclusive intellectual property of ovogg or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express written consent of ovogg.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ovogg's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
